The basic Ballet positions aren’t too hard- but not exactly easy either.
The first basic step in Ballet is to basically put your heels together and make your feet face opposite directions. While doing this just make sure that your legs are turned right out from your two thighs and really make sure their not just below your knees, if you do that you create a high risk of knee injury.
The next step is a lot like the first step, but what you’ll do this time is place your feet about a foot more apart. When you do this with your feet be sure to also completely turn your toes in an outward direction.
The third step is rather easy, but barely used anymore now a days. To perform the third basic step you just basically just cross the front fott’s heel at about the middle of your back lead foot, and then vuala !
The fourth step is to just turn your two feet to an outwards position and then just place your main front foot approximately six inches in the front of your of course, back foot. These can all be done from the basic first-open fourth, or from the third crossed fourth positions.
Lastly, your fifth step.
For your fifth step you just basically want to like the first step do all the same things except place your front foot’s heel right by your back foot’s toe now.
